INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear Candidate,

Semar S.r.l., Via Sardegna, 5 – 60022 Castelfidardo (AN) is the Data Controller of your personal data and wishes to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well ason the free movement of such data”, your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently and in compliance with your privacy.

The personal data contained in your CV will be processed on the basis of the consent given by sending it to our company for the following purposes:

– Receiving, processing, and evaluating spontaneous applications.

The personal data contained in your CV will not be disclosed and/or communicated and/or transferred to third parties.

If interested, the Data Controller will retain and process the data contained in your CV for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purpose and in any case no longer than 12 months from receipt. However, if your CV does not meet the selection criteria established by the Data Controller, your personal data will be deleted.

We inform you that, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

  • a) You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without, however, affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal (art. 6, par. 3);
  • b) You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (Article 16) or erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing concerning you (Article 18) or to object to processing (Article 21), in addition to the right to data portability (Article 20).
  • c) You may exercise the rights referred to in points a) and b) by sending a request to the Data Controller in the following ways:

    • by post to Semar S.r.l., Via Sardegna, 5 – 60022 Castelfidardo (AN) bringing it to the attention of the Data Controller;
  • d) You have the right both to lodge a formal complaint with the Guarantor Authority (Article 77) according to the methods indicated on the Authority's website at: http://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/modulistica, and to lodge a judicial appeal (Article 79).
