REAL-TIME MONITORING SYSTEM OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
DESCRIPTION
The PMS-PU101 is a fully Plug&Play processing unit
used to collect process data from compatible PMS
Sensor Units.
The system is composed by 3 parts: a data collecting
sensor (PS-101), a data collection and processing station
(PU-101) and a router for data transfer to a management
platform.
OPERATION MODE
The system detects production cycle data via temperature sensors, machine cycle and mould data. The information collected is then sent by cable to a Power Unit, which can store up to 50,000 events and send them to the server via a router. In the event of a connection failure (e.g. due to server malfunction or lack of network) a Power Unit continues to collect the information, which is then sent to the server once the connection is re-established.
